Dawn Croydon-Fowler (Formerly Richards)
Well, I think when you meet me, you will find I am very easy to talk to. People find that I am friendly, approachable and very “down-to-earth.” I really enjoy talking to people and supporting them with their issues. This is my passion really and I love what I do.
Aside from this, I enjoy spending time with my husband and teenage son. I also enjoy day trips around the countryside in nature or by the sea, traveling down country roads to see where that takes you.
I am also an avid reader and love photography. I also love my holidays in Crete and prefer to go outside the touristy areas, eating great meals cooked by local family-run Tavernas, also swimming in quiet coves where there is hardly anyone there.
Trauma Informed Therapy
I believe that therapy is a process, not an event where over time you will learn the tools on how to live a happier life.
That’s what most of us want in life.
The problem is that life has so many twists and turns. Sometimes you just need some help to get to where you want to be.
Very often, due to things that have happened to us in the past, we don’t know how to live or to be happy. We have learned to just survive.
You are in the right place to start to learn how to live the life you deserve.
As well as life experience and undergoing my own journey
I have worked for 10 years for charities supporting people with their addictions also worked in hostels and charities doing community development work. I have been counselling since 2008 and have worked with a wide variety of people over the years.
