You can contact me by telephone, email, or my form on my website. If you are happy, we can go ahead and arrange the first session. I make every effort to arrange the first session as soon as I can.
Most people are anxious before the first session but this is normal.

Individual therapy sessions usually last approximately 50 minutes.
Couples counselling sessions last around 60 minutes. I can also offer 90-minute couples counselling sessions by special request.
I offer both short-term 6 – 8 sessions up to longer-term sessions.
We normally review our sessions regularly to discuss if you require so more and what you wish to work on.
I will not encourage you to stay in therapy longer than you need. I will be open and honest with you.
Your journey is a process, not an event. I will work with you at your pace, and won’t push you.

But I can assure you that in your first session, I understand this is a big step for you but the session would be a great opportunity for you to find out if we are a good fit.

To begin with, ideally, you would benefit from having your sessions weekly. Especially for the first 6 sessions but it would be your choice if you wish to continue weekly sessions after that.
My work is very much about what you do between the sessions as what you do inside your therapy sessions. So having sessions weekly isn’t necessary.
I would then recommend having sessions fortnightly.
